Shipping is free within the United States. We usually ship parcel post or first class mail via the United States Postal Serice (USPS). Shipments are typically mailed within 3 to 5 business days.

If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase from ECHO, you are entitled to receive a replacement or refund. Simply call 408-297-3246 within 30 days of receipt so we can arrange an exchange, refund or credit to your satisfaction.

Click on any item you'd like to buy. You can click on an item's picture or descriptive link. You'll be taken to that item's product page. On the product page, you'll see a detailed description of that item.
Click Add to Cart to add that item to your Cart. To view the contents of your cart at any time, click on the "My Cart" link at the top of the page. When you're ready to check out, just click Checkout. You'll see the items you've added to your cart along with the total price and the amount you save by shopping with ECHO.
Click Checkout when you're ready to place your order, and you'll be prompted to provide your customer information.

ECHO accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards. While placing your order, select Credit Card as the method of payment on the Payment Information page, and you will be prompted to enter your credit card number, security code, expiration date and your name as it appears on the credit card. All charges to your credit card will appear under the name of ECHO on your credit card statement.

Each time you make a purchase at ECHO, your "My Account" is automatically updated with the billing, shipping, and payment information you provided on your last order. To change your information at any time, follow these easy steps:
1. Click on the My Account link at the top right of any page, if you are not logged in you will be asked to log in with your email address and password.
2. Once in the "My Account" page, click My Profile to see your current information.
3. Enter your new information. Click on the Update button.
